Due to the nature of our products being printed on demand, we are unable to accept refunds on orders that are no longer wanted or needed. 2. Orders with Incorrect Information:

However, please note that a replacement fee of £8 will be applied to cover the costs associated with re-printing the product and reshipping it to the correct address.

You are not required to return the incorrect order to us, as it may not be suitable for resale due to its personalized nature. We want to ensure that you receive the correct product as swiftly as possible, and this fee helps us cover the expenses associated with your corrected order.
